Update: 11/24/2015 Made Pancit Bihon last night (see picture above).
Soak bean thread in hot water until soft (not mushy) then cut threads with scissor. Heat wok and add extra virgin olive oil. Add ground turkey, season it with sea salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Saute ground turkey until brown then add cole slow mix package and saute with meat. Add bean thread to the sauteed meat and coleslaw mix, add some soy sauce then mix them together until fully mixed. Taste the flavor, you can add a little bit more garlic powder, salt, or soy sauce depending on your taste. Ready to serve and enjoy (optional – you can squeeze a little bit of lime or lemon into the dish before serving)!
I will post a picture of the dish when I make it next time. In the meantime the picture that you see is a picture of one of many beautiful beaches in the Philippines where I was born and grew up. The Philippines is a Southeast Asian country in the Western Pacific, comprising of more than 7,000 islands. Philippines also has several dialects spoken in different regions. The national language is Tagalog, but the English language is spoken everywhere in the Philippines (The languages being taught all over the Philippines are Tagalog and English).
